Having it all- three brilliant settings for this May wedding!

One of our May weddings took place at three different locations, giving guests a perfect opportunity to enjoy several different facets of the island.

The celebrations began the evening before with a relaxed welcome dinner in the chilled-out setting of a simple beach restaurant on the east coast of the island. Here, a wooden boardwalk leads guests right to the beach and the thatched beach huts, rustic wood of the restaurant and wide sea vistas under an intense blue sky set the scene beautifully. Cava and paella were the order of the day as guests got into the party spirit.

The next day, the wedding ceremony took place in the open-air church at Son Severa, a dramatic setting of tall stone walls and open roof arches with white doves flying overhead. The décor was simple- white logs at the end of each pew, set with trios of lace-covered jam-jars, filled with white flowers and creating a simple aisle.

After the ceremony, the guest showered the couple with fresh cream rose petals and then everyone walked just a few steps to the pretty town square for a celebratory glass of cava. Then a simple but delicious lunch was served at a small contemporary restaurant where the beach is just paces from the lawn.

The evening reception and dinner took place in the beautiful setting of our VISTA venue. First came cava and delicious canapés in the secluded garden. Then, dinner on the wide terrace, looking out to sea with the mountains creating a dramatic backdrop. As evening fell, the fairy lights, lanterns and candles gave a soft bright flow to the dinner setting.

Later on, the party got underway with a live band, open bar and dancing till the small hours.
