A stunning mountain-top villa with sea and mountain views was the amazing setting for this July wedding. The couple love travel and have visited beaches all over the world. So their theme was coral islands and beaches, with shades of coral, turquoise sea, golden sand and brilliant tropical flowers.
Our couple had booked for a week with their best friends and the other members of the wedding party had booked villas in different locations on the island. The ceremony was booked for the stunning outdoor church at Son Severa.
At the church, the aisle was lined with tall glass jars filled with submerged golden orchids and golden flower balls adorned the pew ends. Afterwards, the guests enjoyed a refreshing glass of cava and snacks in the pretty town square.
Back at the villa, our pop-up kitchen was in full swing and absolutely mouth-watering flavours were drifting over the mountain. The tables were set out on the lawn with strings of fairy lights and coral, turquoise and golden paper lanterns overhead. The table centrepieces were sculptures of wire, shell slices, coral oasis and brilliant tropical flowers like gloriosa, decorated with colourful tendrils of ribbon.
Guests were treated to coral-coloured flip flops and were relieved to slip off their shoes and embrace the island vibe of the wedding party. Later on, a wonderful coral-coloured wedding cake provided a mid-night snack for the revellers.
